We represent well-known brands and help them grow through in-person retail campaigns that connect directly with consumers. Our mission is twofold: boost client revenue and build the next generation of leaders in the sales industry.

What You’ll Do:

As an Entry Level Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of our clients’ brands inside big-box retail stores. You’ll engage with shoppers, answer product questions, and provide tailored recommendations that lead to sales. This is a full-time, hands-on role ideal for anyone ready to kickstart a long-term career in sales, marketing, or business development.

Daily Responsibilities:

Connect with customers face-to-face and educate them on current product offerings

Assist customers with purchases, upgrades, and account questions

Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals

Maintain product displays and promotional signage

Collaborate with team members to improve campaign results

What We’re Looking For:

Strong people skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required

Must be 18 years or older with dependable transportation

Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
