$48–$54/hr About the role We’re partnering with an eCommerce client to hire a

Search Performance Manager

to help analyze, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns for

1st-party suppliers . This is a highly analytical, performance-focused role where you’ll turn campaign data into clear insights and optimization recommendations that drive revenue and advertiser success. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Campaign Management, and Ad Tech/API partners to deliver measurable results and contribute feedback that supports ongoing product improvements. What you’ll do Analyze and optimize paid search campaigns to hit marketing objectives and revenue goals Build and execute search strategies aligned to best practices and advertiser KPIs Manage budgets and bids to improve efficiency and return on ad spend (ROAS) Optimize campaign structure, account configuration, and keyword targeting Run recurring and ad hoc reporting; identify trends and opportunities Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and data-driven narratives Partner with internal stakeholders to support advertiser success and campaign execution Collaborate with technical partners (API/Ad Tech) and share insights to improve performance and product experience What we’re looking for Strong paid search experience (performance marketing mindset) Advanced
