Job Title: Business Analyst / Asset Management
Duration: 6 months (Possibility of extension)

Job Summary
The Process Analyst will support the Asset Management team by serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and enterprise systems. This role focuses on analyzing operational processes, supporting an enterprise asset management application, and ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, comfortable working with SQL, and possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Provide functional support for an enterprise Asset Management application, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and coordination with IT and vendor partners. Analyze end to end business processes related to asset lifecycle management, maintenance, and operational reporting. Review, validate, and reconcile data across systems to ensure accuracy and consistency. Write and execute SQL queries to support ad hoc analysis, data validation, and reporting needs. Partner closely with Asset Management, Operations, Digital, and Finance teams to document requirements and resolve data or process gaps. Support defect identification, testing, and validation of system fixes or enhancements. Develop and maintain process documentation, job aids, and user support materials. Communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable insights. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process or system enhancements. Assist with reporting deliverables, trend analysis, and operational metrics as needed.
Qualifications
3 7 years of experience in a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. Experience supporting an enterprise application (Asset Management, ERP, CMMS, or similar preferred). Strong working knowledge of SQL, including writing queries for analysis and troubleshooting. Solid understanding of data flows, integrations, and operational reporting. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with cross functional teams. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast paced environment. Proficiency with Excel and other analysis or reporting tools.
Education
Bachelor s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
