Assistant Account Manager
A business management and CPA firm is hiring an Assistant Account Manager to support its Los Angeles office. This team focuses on clients in the music industry, including artists, producers, and independent labels. Key Duties: Perform daily bookkeeping and bank/credit card reconciliations. Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and vendor communication. Reconcile intercompany accounts and prepare payroll reports. Assist with 1099 preparation, commission tracking, and credit applications. Maintain organized files and generate reports using Excel. Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders. Qualifications: 1-5 years in accounting or business management (preferably in music). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software like AgilLink and QuickBooks. Strong understanding of accounting principles. Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Onsite presence required five days a week. Willing to work overtime as needed. Perks: Competitive salary with performance and CPA exam bonuses.
