Valencia, CA (Job Site Based) Residential Solar | New Home Construction | Full-Time MARS Builder Solutions (Solara) is hiring Solar Installers to support new home construction projects in the Valencia, CA area: 2 Installer II (Intermediate) 1 Installer I (Entry-Level) What You'll Do
Install residential solar systems on new construction homes Work as part of a crew to complete installs safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Follow installation plans and coordinate with other trades on active job sites Maintain a strong focus on safety, including proper use of PPE and adherence to all protocols Support job site setup, material handling, and installation activities What We're Looking For
Installer I (Entry-Level) Construction or roofing experience preferred Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Ability to follow direction and work safely as part of a crew Installer II (Intermediate) Hands-on solar installation experience required Ability to perform installs with quality and minimal oversight Strong attention to detail, including clean installs and proper waterproofing Ability to communicate effectively with crew leadership and other trades Role Details
Reports directly to the job site in Valencia, CA (no daily office reporting) Work performed on active new construction sites alongside builders and other trades Travel may be required depending on project needs Must be able to reliably work in the Valencia area Physical Requirements
Ability to work on rooftops and climb ladders safely Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 5075 lbs) Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying conditions Ability to correctly use tools and required safety equipment, including fall protection What We Offer
