Marketing Specialist
The Marketing Specialist role involves developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote products, services, and the company brand across multiple channels. This role works closely with sales and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and to drive revenue growth. This position requires a deep understanding of marketing principles with previous marketing experience in industrial or automation focused businesses. Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes, and use the insights to inform marketing strategies. Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment. Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, website content, and advertising campaigns. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, vendors, and industry influencers. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to ensure the organization remains competitive. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with business goals and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and pursue new opportunities for marketing partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and reach new target audiences. Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications. Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience (2+ years) in industrial/automation marketing roles, with a track record of successfully leading marketing initiatives and driving business growth. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices. Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed marketing decisions. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong knowledge of Adobe software to include InDesign and Photoshop. (Photo and video editing) Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing. Character Competencies

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to remain in a stationary position extended periods of time and be able to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer and must have the ability to use hands to handle, control or feel objects or controls and reach with hands and arms. Constantly communicate and exchange information with team members and must be able to effectively communicate correct information. Be able to meet with customers, teammates, and project teams in person as required. Read/comprehend, write, communicate orally, reasoning and analytical abilities, and mental flexibility. Occasionally will move objects up to 20 pounds. Occasionally climb stairs, bend, squat, kneel, crouch, and reach above shoulder to access materials and/or documentation.
