Marketing Specialist

This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the population, curation and administration of marketing programs and channels. Examples may include the management of the Marketing Support function, coordination of invoicing, budgeting, monthly reporting and brand merchandising support. The incumbent supports the Marketing Manager(s), aids in the assessment of overall marketing needs and maintains the appropriate records and reports. Primary responsibilities include managing processes supporting departmental functions, managing marketing flow, process, approvals and calendar, managing the development and ongoing maintenance of all promotional marketing materials and Ad Specialty items, establishing and communicating procedures to ensure consistency and professionalism throughout all marketing collateral, overseeing and compiling accurate monthly tracking of all marketing invoices, departmental budget and expenses while balancing back to the line of business and project general ledger, and performing other related duties and projects as assigned. All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B. Minimum level of education required to perform the primary responsibilities of this position is a BA or BS. Minimum number of years of job related experience required is one.
