Contract to Hire- Customer Service Rep

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare financial services space, is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to join their team in a fully remote, contract-to-hire opportunity. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and support patients with questions related to their accounts and available financial programs. About You: 1 year of customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Knowledge of healthcare terminology is a plus Willingness to work Saturdays as scheduled About the Job: Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls from patients Make outbound calls to follow up on program enrollment and payment reminders Educate patients on available programs and explain benefits clearly using provided scripts Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality assurance standards Verify customer identity prior to sharing account information Accurately document interactions and complete post-call tasks Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on products and policies Handle all interactions in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, paying $19/hour during the temporary period and $19/hour upon permanent conversion. This role is fully remote, but candidates must be based in Tennessee.
