Human Resources Representative
Location: Shakopee, MN Compensation: $27.00 paid weekly Schedule: Day shift | MondayFriday | 8:00am-5:00pm Job Type: Temp | Full-time About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Human Resources Representative for a global technology/data storage company. In this role, youll serve as a first-line point of contact supporting employees, managers, and external partners with a wide range of HR needs. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys customer-facing work, problem-solving, and delivering a high-quality employee experience in a centralized HR environment. What Youll Do as a Human Resources Representative:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, HR staff, vendors, and third parties across the Americas Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions with a focus on first-contact resolution Provide transactional HR support related to policies, procedures, programs, and services Enter, review, and approve HR transactions within SAP SuccessFactors Administer I-9 processes for new hires and employment reverifications Process verifications of employment and other time-sensitive HR requests Use discretion to escalate issues when appropriate while following documented procedures What You Need to Bring to the Human Resources Representative Role:
Bachelors degree and/or equivalent HR experience Experience working in an HRIS system (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) Previous experience supporting customers with a variety of HR-related issues Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to follow documented processes and utilize multiple technology tools Why Youll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions
