Duties
Performs a variety of highly structured, entry-level human resources work designed to develop broader and more in-depth knowledge and skill to perform higher level assignments. Performs a variety of routine work assignments selected by the supervisor or experienced employee who serves as training monitor. Observes and assists an experienced employee by performing routine tasks, such as reviewing basic qualifications requirements; analyzing position data; preparing job descriptions; reviewing and applying procedures pertaining to employee relations.
