About the Opportunity:
Join a fast-growing national advisory firm that partners with high-growth, pre-IPO, public, and private equity-backed companies navigating complex transactions and transformations. Our team of seasoned professionals brings deep Big Four experience and sharp technical expertise to the table—driving impact in some of the most challenging and dynamic situations. With an entrepreneurial culture and rapid expansion across the U.S., this is an opportunity to help shape the future of a leading transaction advisory platform. What You’ll Do:
As a TAS Director, you’ll be at the center of high-stakes deals, collaborating with executives, investors, and management teams. You’ll lead engagements that span buy-side, sell-side, and post-close integration while delivering tailored, high-impact insights. Your responsibilities will include: Driving post-close integration activities for platform acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions and value capture. Assessing and enhancing operational capabilities across platform and add-on acquisitions. Leading both buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial due diligence and accounting advisory services for IPOs, carve-outs, restructurings, and other transactions. Analyzing target company financials to evaluate historical and projected trends, quality of earnings, working capital, and risks that could influence valuation and deal terms. Developing and presenting tailored transaction advisory reports, addressing key considerations such as valuation inputs, normalized earnings, management projections, indebtedness, borrowing base calculations, and carve-out financial statements. Partnering directly with senior executives, private equity investors, and corporate stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable insights. Monitoring marketplace trends—economic, social, technological, cultural—to identify opportunities and strengthen value propositions. What We’re Looking For 8–15 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD), Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), or M&A. Strong Big Four foundation with a proven track record serving private equity clients (buy-side and sell-side). Expertise in non-financial services industries; experience in pharma or biotech highly preferred. Deep knowledge of transaction lifecycles with demonstrated success influencing outcomes at the C-suite and investor level. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, drive results, and build long-term client relationships. Why Join Us This is more than a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to build, grow, and influence a rapidly scaling advisory platform. You’ll work with elite clients, collaborate with entrepreneurial colleagues, and drive meaningful impact across industries. The role offers competitive compensation, performance-based bonuses, and the chance to accelerate your career with a firm known for its technical depth and dynamic culture.
