TOV operates as an AI-forward marketing organization. We have built custom platforms specifically designed to support how our marketing team executes, analyzes, and scales. These tools are live and actively used across the team every day, not theoretical investments.
This hire will work directly within those platforms to execute paid media, and will work alongside our tech team on an ongoing basis to evaluate performance, surface gaps, and help improve the tools as the program grows. It is a two-way relationship: the tools support the work, and this person shapes how the tools evolve. The data infrastructure is in place. The creative pipeline is strong. The paid media program is the next phase, and this hire leads it. Experience building agents, automations, or AI-assisted workflows is a genuine advantage here, though not a requirement.
Position Overview
This is a full-ownership role for someone with the experience and instinct to scale a paid program. You will own all paid advertising for TOV: Google Ads (Shopping, PMax, Search), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, and emerging channels including Reddit and Zillow. This includes strategy, execution, budget allocation, product feed management, and performance reporting.
Day to day, you'll work closely with our creative team on asset briefing and with our tech team on measurement and attribution. You'll report to leadership and present performance with clarity and context. Over time, this role grows into managing a junior executor as the program scales — the path is real and near-term.

Responsibilities
Own all paid media channels end to end: Google Shopping, PMax, Search, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, Reddit, and Zillow
Drive strategy, execution, and budget allocation across channels
Manage product feeds and ensure campaign infrastructure is built for scale
Partner with the creative team on asset briefing and iterative creative testing
Work alongside our tech team on performance, attribution, and measurement
Build and present performance reporting to leadership with clarity and context
Operate within and help shape our custom AI-forward marketing platforms
Eventually hire and manage a junior paid media executor as the program scales
Qualifications
4+ years in paid media, with the majority in ecommerce
Strong working knowledge of Google Shopping and Search with real budget accountability
Hands-on experience building Meta campaigns from the ground up: Pixel, CAPI, audience architecture, and creative testing
Comfortable using data as a decision-making tool, not just a reporting layer
In-house background where you have owned outcomes, not just executed against a brief
Proven experience scaling high-AOV brands — you understand longer consideration cycles, higher ticket decisions, and efficiency benchmarks that reflect that reality
Experience with AI tools in an operational context
Familiarity with high-AOV, visually driven product categories is a plus
DTC home furnishings experience is a plus
