Corporate Recruiter

Smith is looking for a strategic, results-driven corporate recruiter with a proven track record of quality sourcing and hiring to join our team. You will be part of a dynamic HR team where you will have the opportunity to initiate and develop new hiring strategies. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, with an emphasis on sales roles, in the Americas region Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and business needs, define job requirements, and develop tailored sourcing strategies Present your hiring solutions and proposals to senior management Map, source and engage top talent through a mix of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and regional talent networks Screen and assess candidates to make sure they are a great fit Make offers for employment and conduct the full background and reference check process, including coordination of all necessary approval paperwork before handing off to HR Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles Ensure compliance with local labor laws, and internal hiring policies Collaborate with HR Business Partner to support workforce planning and internal mobility Provide data-driven insights and regular reporting on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) Contribute to employer branding initiatives and overall recruitment strategy Maintain a strong candidate experience Competencies: Ability to work in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment Creative, strategic, and results-oriented in the recruiting process Excellent communication and influencing skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to work independently Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience with at least 5+ years in filling commercial roles Experience working for an executive search firm Sales recruiting experience required Experience with industry-specific headhunting is a plus Experience with multi-site locations a plus Experience in high volume recruitment environment preferred Proven track record of quality hiring Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent Software Requirements: Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel Workday preferred, but not required Strong internet sourcing skills We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
