Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a GTM Recruiter. The GTM Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates for go-to-market positions such as sales, marketing, and customer success roles. Daily activities involve developing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, communicating with clients to understand their hiring needs, and leveraging resources to ensure effective recruitment strategies. Collaboration with internal teams and clients will be key to ensuring successful candidate placements. Qualifications
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting with a focus on go-to-market roles (sales, marketing, customer success). Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other talent platforms. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and candidate interaction. Ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them to roles using in-depth interview techniques. Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client needs and candidate pipelines. Understanding of market trends and ability to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred but not required. Experience in recruiting for fast-paced, high-growth industries is a strong advantage.
