Business Execution Consultant 1 Contingent
Client: Financial Services Team: TBA Location: CA Contract Length: 9mo Pay Rate: $40-$43 Top Requirements: 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education. Ability to support low-complexity initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution, following defined processes and procedures. Strong organizational skills with the ability to track tasks from intake through completion to ensure timely delivery. Plusses: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and other Office products. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and self-direction. Job Summary: In this contingent resource assignment, the Business Execution Consultant will participate in and provide support for low-complexity initiatives within Business Execution. The role involves reviewing basic or tactical issues, policies, and procedures related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with a narrower business impact. The consultant will work under direction from a supervisor while exercising judgment within defined parameters and developing knowledge of Business Execution functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. The role includes providing information and updates to client personnel in support of day-to-day business operations. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Support low-complexity Business Execution initiatives and administrative deliverables Review basic policies, procedures, and tactical issues where answers can be quickly obtained Track assigned tasks from intake to completion, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time Provide status updates and information to Business Execution stakeholders Use Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams to manage tasks, documentation, and communication Follow established procedures and escalate questions outside defined parameters to a supervisor Build foundational understanding of organizational processes and compliance requirements EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
