From ensuring timely communication with applicants to hosting weekly meetings with department heads, you'll be at the forefront of our hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communication. They will use their expertise in these areas to guide and support our skilled nursing facilities in their hiring processes. The Recruitment Consultant will serve as a resource and advisor, ensuring our facilities have the tools and insights necessary for effective recruitment. Full-life cycle recruitment and sourcing experience is required. The candidate should bring a strategic approach to talent acquisition, utilizing marketing and communication skills to connect with both facilities and potential candidates, ultimately contributing to the success of our facilities in building exceptional teams.
