Reports To Digital Print Supervisor

Job Overview As a digital print associate, you will bring the 4imprint brand to life by printing, finishing, and packaging digital print orders and marketing pieces per specifications. You will operate and maintain a variety of digital printers and finishing equipment, prepare artwork for production, and ensure quality and accuracy throughout the workflow.

Responsibilities

Process and fulfill digital print orders, including banners, patches, heat transfers, and marketing materials.

Operate and maintain digital printers, wide‑format printers, laser engravers, plotter cutters, banner welders, Xerox printers, and heat presses.

Prepare and verify artwork for printing and engraving using Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, and RIP software.

Select appropriate imprint methods based on artwork, quantity, and fabric type to produce high‑quality decorated apparel.

Perform pre‑press setup, cutting, masking, folding, and packaging of printed materials as directed.

Coordinate workflow from order receipt to production completion, meeting customer deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Assist with mailing, labeling, and marketing material preparation, including proofreading and quality checks.

Provide training, guidance, and support to team members, troubleshooting production issues and ensuring smooth operations.

Order outsourced transfers and manage communication with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.

Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic working knowledge of production art, digital decorating, and terminology.

Demonstrated understanding of Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator and RIP software.

Experience with wide‑format, DTF printing, and laser engraving.

Ability to lift 30 pounds.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Multitasking ability with high‑priority orders and detail orientation.

Open to change and interested in learning new digital printing equipment and processes.

Passionate about graphic art/design and digital printing.

Physical Requirements Must be able to perform the essential duties, responsibilities, and physical demands described, including lifting up to 30 pounds and performing repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
