1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 2:30 pm
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 2:30 pm – 12:30 am
4th Shift: Friday – Sunday, 7 am – 7 pm
Reports To Digital Print Supervisor

Job Overview As a digital print associate, you will print, decorate apparel, finish and package digital print orders per specifications, and help bring the 4imprint brand to life. The role includes operating heat presses, completing wide‑format prints, and finishing orders with ironing, folding, boxing and shipping. You will also demonstrate and uphold 4imprint’s eight core principles: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, and Humility.
Responsibilities
Interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution.
Process digital print orders, including banners, patches, and heat transfers on various substrates.
Assist in printing and production of wide‑format prints, banners, and heat transfers.
Produce decorated apparel and caps by applying digitally printed heat transfers and patches.
Operate heat presses daily and maintain production quality and quantity targets.
Finish digital orders with ironing, folding, boxing, and shipping.
Provide assistance in other areas as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of full‑time work with a single employer.
Ability to lift 30 lb.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work with deadlines in a fast‑paced production environment.
Organized and detail‑focused.
Team player who can also work independently.
Interest in apparel decoration, digital printing, laser engraving, or wide‑format printing.
