
Employee Relations Specialist

What You’ll Do
Serve as an Employee Relations partner supporting multiple clinic and hospital locations Coach managers on performance management, policy application, corrective action, and difficult employee conversations Lead and conduct employee investigations (grievances, complaints, policy violations), ensuring consistency across sites Provide guidance to employees and leaders on workplace concerns while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Partner with HR and leadership to proactively address risks and improve employee outcomes across locations Maintain accurate case documentation, reports, and tracking using Excel Communicate regularly with stakeholders via Outlook and Microsoft Teams What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in Employee Relations or HR, ideally within healthcare, clinics, or hospital settings Experience supporting multi‑site or geographically dispersed teams Strong background in manager coaching, hard conversations, and workplace investigations Solid understanding of employee relations best practices and employment laws Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams Excellent communication, judgment, and ability to navigate sensitive situations
