This position is part of the Global HR Investigations & Policy team within the People Division.

The role supports the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs.

What You'll Do

Conduct investigations into claims of potential harassment, retaliation, and discrimination domestically and internationally; escale findings to senior personnel as needed.

Provide investigations findings and summaries.

Partner with operational leadership on investigations into potential violations of company policies.

Perform data analysis on complaints and related metrics, monitor for patterns and trends to identify areas of concern and recommend policy or training enhancements.

Collaborate with internal and external counsel when appropriate.

Investigate and draft responses for external complaints and charges to defend the company’s position and interests.

Conduct formal and informal HR training on matters such as sexual harassment and discrimination, and other work‑environment related topics.

Represent the People partner team on various projects and committees.

Serve as an advocate for employees.

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Criminal Justice/Criminology, Law Enforcement, or Corporate Investigations.

At least 3 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: employee relations, internal affairs, investigative reporting/writing, EEOC investigations, or mediation/arbitration.

5+ years of experience handling internal complaint workplace investigations, including on‑site, in‑person interviews.

Thorough familiarity with state and federal employment laws, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRB, Title VII, etc.

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

Juris Doctorate, MBA, or master’s degree in human resources or a related field.

Investigative/interview certification from a nationally or internationally recognized organization.

Prior experience working with represented groups.

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

Strong initiative and solid judgment.

Strong analytical, fact‑finding, and evidence‑gathering skills.

Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Excellent project‑management skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Sense of urgency in handling multiple cases or priorities and producing results.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships and collaborate with others.

Travel availability of 25% or more.
