Addison Group is partnering with our client, a global consulting and technology organization, to identify a Executive Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This organization is known for delivering innovative solutions within the healthcare and professional services space, with a strong emphasis on people, collaboration, and impactful work.
Job Description The Executive Recruiter will play a key role in driving executive-level hiring initiatives while supporting broader experienced hire recruitment. This individual will act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, leading sourcing efforts, managing full-cycle recruitment, and delivering top-tier talent. The role requires strong consultative skills, executive presence, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
Key Responsibilities
Led full-cycle recruitment efforts with a focus on executive-level (Partner/Principal) hiring
Developed and executed strategic sourcing strategies leveraging market intelligence and competitive insights
Partnered closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to align on hiring needs, search strategies, and candidate profiles
Built and maintained pipelines of high-caliber talent through proactive outreach and relationship management
Managed requisitions for experienced hires while balancing multiple priorities and timelines
Facilitated interview processes, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate evaluations
Delivered consultative guidance to leadership on hiring trends, talent availability, and process improvements
Tracked recruiting activity and generated reports to provide insights and drive decision-making
Enhanced candidate experience through clear communication and efficient process management
Mentored junior recruiters and contributed to team development initiatives
Supported recruiting projects, process improvements, and employer branding efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred)
8+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including exposure to executive-level hiring
Background in professional services or healthcare strongly preferred
Proven ability to source, engage, and close senior-level talent
Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
Experience using ATS/CRM systems (iCIMS preferred) and MS Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsExposure to high-impact, senior-level hiring initiatives across global markets
Role requires a proactive, driven individual who can operate independently with minimal ramp-up time
Mix of executive and experienced hire recruitment; flexibility required across business needs
High visibility role with direct interaction with senior leadership
