Job Description The role of a machine learning professional involves applying machine learning techniques and algorithms to solve complex problems, analyze data, and develop intelligent systems. You will lead and support machine learning initiatives, combining technical expertise and management skills to drive successful project execution. Your responsibilities include deploying and monitoring models, fostering collaboration, and aligning machine learning strategies with broader business goals.
Qualifications
14+ years of experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Extensive experience designing and implementing AI/ML platforms and architectures
Proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Strong understanding of AI/ML model development, deployment, and lifecycle management
Experience with data management, including data pipelines, storage solutions, and processing frameworks
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
Nice to Have
Experience with generative AI models and frameworks such as GPT, GANs, or other deep learning models
Knowledge of big data technologies and tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with AI/ML tools and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit‑learn
Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Compensation The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $125,000 - $135,000/Annually.
