Account Manager – Commercial Refrigeration
Location: Kennesaw, GA | Full‑Time
Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance bonus
Travel: Regional (up to 50%)
What You’ll Do
Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise food retail and cold‑chain accounts
Achieve annual revenue and margin targets across service, maintenance, and project work
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer decision‑makers across assigned accounts
Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts (PM agreements, repair work, installs)
Partner with Service Managers and operations teams to ensure high‑quality execution and customer satisfaction
Support service contract renewals and RFP processes for assigned customers
Maintain account plans, pipeline, and customer data in Salesforce
Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and drive results
Stay proactive in understanding customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly
What You’ll Bring
3–5+ years of account management, service sales, or business development experience
Direct experience in commercial refrigeration (required) – including service, maintenance, or installation environments
Experience managing customer relationships and owning revenue or account growth targets
Strong understanding of service‑based sales (preventative maintenance, repair, lifecycle support)
Ability to balance revenue growth with margin performance
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
Experience working cross‑functionally with operations or field teams
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office
Ability to travel locally/regionally (up to ~50%)
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
