
Active Directory Administrator

Description
Our Client's Network Directory and Infrastructure Services team is seeking an Active Directory Administrator to assist with supporting their global Active Directory infrastructure. Candidates should have strong experience providing troubleshooting support for AD infrastructure in a global environment (10,000+ users). Strong Windows Administrator experience, including patch management required.
Prior experience managing AD domain migrations, domain controller build/upgrades and AD consolidations is bonus, but not required. Experience with Powershell is preferred.
Responsibilities Provide Implementation and Level III problem isolation and resolution for a Global Active Directory Network. Supports upgrades and lifecycle management for AD-related Infrastructure, Software, Tools and cloud based applications. Candidate will need to fulfill service requests and resolve incidents related to Directory and Identity Management Services plus rotate in an on-call basis.
Competencies Superior knowledge of Active Directory overall and its administrative components. Exceptional customer service, problem solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. The candidate will perform at the highest level of systems administration and problem determination required to support large, complex implementation of Active Directory including implementation and support of group policies, cross-forest trusts and sites and services. Must adhere to Service Management Processes and Procedures (Change, Incident, Problem) and ensure customer satisfaction by consulting with Applications and other services who utilize Active Directory.
