Job Overview
Active Directory Administrator – Contract
Responsibilities
Provide implementation and Level III problem isolation and resolution for a global Active Directory network.
Support upgrades and lifecycle management for AD-related infrastructure, software, tools, and cloud-based applications.
Fulfill service requests and resolve incidents related to Directory and Identity Management Services.
Participate in on-call rotation.
Qualifications & Competencies
Experience providing troubleshooting support for AD infrastructure in a global environment (10,000+ users).
Strong Windows administrator skills, including patch management.
Prior experience managing AD domain migrations, domain controller build/upgrades, and AD consolidations (bonus).
Experience with PowerShell preferred.
Intermediate level technical experience.
Strong problem‑solving, customer‑service, communication, and teamwork skills.
Adherence to service management processes (Change, Incident, Problem).

Pay & Contract Details Hourly rate: $45.00 – $57.00. Contract position based out of Abbott Park, IL. Fully onsite.
