Overview
The DET Sales team is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead critical Sales Enhancements and Salesforce platform modernization programs. This role focuses on driving transformational initiatives that accelerate sales success through automation and digital engagement, aiming to achieve strategic goals.
Responsibilities User Story & Backlog Management
Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure transparency and clarity for all stakeholders.
Translate high‑level business requirements into detailed, INVEST‑compliant user stories and epics.
Define clear, testable acceptance criteria for every story to provide a "Definition of Ready" before development.
Assist in authoring functional design specifications that bridge business needs and technical implementation.
Champion AI maturity across teams, acting as a thought leader in scaling autonomous agents and shaping product direction.
Drive cross‑functional alignment with sales, engineering, and platform teams to deliver business outcomes.
Scrum Team Delivery
Lead or actively participate in all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Serve as final arbiter for requirements questions and priority trade‑offs within the sprint to maintain team velocity.
Review and "accept" completed stories, ensuring delivered increments meet predefined quality standards and business objectives.
Strategic Stakeholder Alignment
Communicate product strategy and roadmap to both development and business partners.
Capture and analyze stakeholder feedback to continuously optimize the product based on key performance indicators.
Oversee prototype and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development to test hypotheses and measure success early.
Required Qualifications
3‑5 years proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile environment or similar consulting setting.
Expert‑level understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
Hands‑on expertise with the Salesforce platform, specifically Sales Cloud, Slack, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Admin & Sales Cloud certifications.
A related technical degree.
