About the Role As a Specialty Account Manager – Nephrology, you will represent KRYSTEXXA to physicians and health care professionals, build and execute a territory business plan, and provide comprehensive account management support within a specific geography.

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive territory business plan aimed at achieving and exceeding annual sales goals.

Promote KRYSTEXXA within approved labeling in a fair and ethical manner consistent with industry and corporate guidelines.

Address access, pull-through, and reimbursement issues by coordinating with stakeholders and matrix teams.

Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and communicating those needs to team members.

Consistently meet or exceed corporate sales goals.

Communicate territory activity accurately and timely as directed by management.

Drive product demand through education on disease state and product information.

Provide feedback to leadership and internal departments about the changing environment and results.

Adhere to compliance policies, including the PhRMA code.

Collaborate with patient services and market access teams to achieve overall business goals.

Coordinate between accounts and field teams to support full account needs.

Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on site‑of‑care options.

Attend medical congresses and society meetings as needed.

Manage promotional and operational budget within assigned territory.

Maximize use of approved resources to achieve territory and account level goals.

Successfully complete all company training classes.

Complete administrative duties accurately and timely.

Serve as a contributing member of a high‑performance team.

Perform other tasks and responsibilities as requested by the company.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications - Account Manager (Level 4):

Bachelor's degree and 3 years sales experience in pharma, biotech, medical device, or hospital sales.

Associate degree and 6 years sales experience in the same fields.

High school diploma/GED and 8 years sales experience in the same fields.

Basic Qualifications - Specialty Account Manager (Level 5):

Doctorate degree with 2 years collective account management, sales, and commercial experience.

Master’s degree with 6 years collective account management, sales, and commercial experience.

Bachelor’s degree with 8 years collective account management, sales, and commercial experience.

Associate degree with 10 years collective account management, sales, and commercial experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Buy‑and‑bill experience with documented success, and/or biologic/infusion experience is strongly preferred.

Sales experience in Nephrology, Ophthalmology, or rare/specialty disease states.

Site‑of‑care and reimbursement experience.

Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks.

Pharma account management selling experience; ability to coordinate across field teams.

Approximately 50% travel, including some overnight and weekend commitments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Professional, proactive demeanor.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits The expected annual salary range in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is:

Account Manager – Level 4: $154,736 – $183,900

Specialty Account Manager – Level 5: $173,255 – $203,801
