What You'll Be Doing

Identifying qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies Using creativity and critical thinking to find the best fit for our patient-focused culture Delivering an excellent candidate experience from the initial phone call through offer delivery and closing Managing the full lifecycle recruiting process (sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, and follow-up) Collaborating with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs Measuring success through metrics like phone screens, interviews, hires, and retention Qualifications

5+ years of in-house recruiting experience Preferred: 2+ years of executive recruiting experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in CRM/ATS (Workable a plus) and Microsoft Office applications Benefits
