Role Description

The role involves overseeing the technical aspects of projects, resolving design issues, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Collaboration with clients and consultants to achieve project goals will be day-to-day tasks. Qualifications
5+ Years of professional experience Understands how to create detailed architectural drawings and specifications Proficiency in design software and tools such as Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong project coordination abilities and experience with overseeing technical aspects of projects Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Pathway onto professional licensure is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively Solid team contributor that is flexible and exhibits efficient time management skills.
