Work with stakeholders to define functional & technical needs
Required Qualifications (MQ)
5+ years IT/business analysis experience
3+ years in system analysis & design
3+ years analyzing legislation/regulations impact
Desired Qualifications (DQ)
6+ years experience
Experience in government regulatory systems
Experience with large‑scale IT transformations
Tools

Documentation tools (Visio, Excel)
Functional specs
Process flow diagrams
