We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Associate Human Resource Specialist
to support core HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. This role is ideal for an HR professional looking to grow their generalist experience while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
This is an onsite position.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, employee records, and offboarding processes
Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and maintaining applicant tracking systems
Maintain accurate and confidential employee files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data entry to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support benefits administration, including enrollments and changes
Help coordinate training programs, employee communications, and engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role
Working knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); HRIS experience a plus
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting recruitment or benefits administration
Familiarity with employee relations processes
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required
