Description

Amazon is a fast growing business in need of a Senior Executive Recruiter to help the business scale by recruiting top leaders for executive level positions across WW Amazon Stores (WWAS). There is no greater reward in search than seeing your hired candidates have a significant, positive impact on the business.

Responsibilities

Own and execute executive level (Director and Vice President) searches.

Conduct executive search activities including creative candidate sourcing, generation, and development.

Manage client relationships and handle offer
egotiation processes.

Conduct research to map target companies and talent for Amazon.

Create robust search strategies to identify and attract the best candidates.

Innovate recruitment techniques to raise the bar for Amazon talent acquisition.

Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders.

Lead prospect engagement and candidate assessment.

Contribute to Amazon’s executive recruiting knowledge base.

Build talent networks and source industry experts.

Lead client update meetings on active searches.

Conduct on‑site interviews, debriefs, reference checks and present employment offers.

Provide strategic guidance in partnership with executive leadership.

Immerse fully in Amazon’s business models, competencies, and leadership principles.

Develop search strategies, conduct research, perform assessments, and present qualified candidates.

Align with Amazon’s functional needs and build a talent attraction strategy for senior‑level talent.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years advising and influencing executive leadership.

7+ years of progressive corporate or search firm recruiting in a high‑tech market.

Experience recruiting in engineering, technical operations, and product management.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Designed and managed talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines.

Scales workflow among candidates, hiring managers and recruiting teams.

Manages multiple searches, projects and client relationships simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of team building, coaching and managing experience.

Experience recruiting passive senior experts.

Background in executive recruiting for a blue‑chip, global in‑house search team or top firm.

Proficiency with recruiting tools, CRM systems and complex spreadsheets.
