Marketing Operations Manager As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key role in bringing the CAVA brand and guest experience to life by enabling the seamless execution of high-impact creative across all channels. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Creative, ensuring that every campaign and asset is delivered with consistency, quality, and efficiency while ensuring we meet our business goals.

With a strong focus on creative project management and marketing operational excellence, this role will build and manage the workflows, tools, budgets, and timelines that power CAVA’s storytelling and in‑restaurant experience. From digital campaigns to in‑store creative, this position ensures that every touchpoint reflects the CAVA brand and enhances the guest journey.

We’re looking for someone who possesses intrinsic creativity when it comes to problem solving, never bringing up an issue without presenting multiple potential solutions, collaborating with others, and elevating creative outputs. Candidates must be self‑driven and capable of motivating multi‑disciplinary teams. We’re looking for a brand steward, someone who always thinks two steps ahead, knows every detail of the projects they manage, and keeps calm under pressure.

What You’ll Do

Lead end‑to‑end project management for Marketing campaigns and asset production (brief intake through delivery), identifying risks, removing blockers, and ensuring on‑time delivery of all Creative assets

Creative Team Budget Management inclusive of budget tracking, processing invoices, and annual budget planning

Manage key Creative + Marketing vendor partners and contractors, driving seamless integration with internal CAVA teams

Development and refinement of Creative + Marketing Ops playbooks, maintaining key documentation for key Creative + Marketing processes from Menu Tests to National Brand Campaign launches

Manage day‑to‑day intake and processing of enterprise Creative requests

Resource planning and management, working with key Creative Leads to properly plan and resource Creative + Marketing projects

Ownership and governance of Creative + Marketing Asana workspace and project reporting

Support photoshoot calendar and production budget planning in collaboration with Art Team

Serve as a primary liaison between Creative, Marketing, and key stakeholders, ultimately delivering on the CAVA vision + key business objectives

The Qualifications

3‑5 years of experience in creative project management or marketing operations, preferably within a fast‑paced, multi‑channel consumer brand

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and consistency

Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet) and best practices for workflow management

Deep understanding of the creative development process, with experience partnering closely with designers, copywriters, and creative teams

Highly collaborative communicator with the ability to synthesize information and guide cross‑functional stakeholders through project milestones

Experience managing creative and marketing budgets, including tracking, forecasting, and vendor coordination

Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and a solid foundation in visual design principles (typography, layout, hierarchy, accessibility)

Understanding of both print and digital production processes

Resourceful, organized self‑starter with a passion for process, structure, and continuous improvement

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and levels

Genuine interest in food, lifestyle, and hospitality brands, with an understanding of how they show up in the market

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Physical Requirements

Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment

Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details

For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds

Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively

Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable

Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
