high-energy, driven Business Development Executive
with a strong hunter mindset to expand our client base and drive new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building pipelines from scratch, and excels at engaging senior decision-makers. You will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities and working closely with internal teams and leadership to close new business. You are not just a salesperson—you are a
pipeline builder, relationship creator, and growth driver . Key Responsibilities
Drive high-volume outbound prospecting across target accounts Conduct outreach via
calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings Identify, qualify, and book meetings with key decision-makers and stakeholders Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from initial outreach to closure Map accounts and develop long-term relationships within enterprise organizations Collaborate with internal leadership and subject matter experts to position solutions effectively Represent Amtex Systems at industry events, trade shows, and client visits Promote capabilities in
IT services, staffing, engineering, and digital solutions What We’re Looking For
2–6 years of experience in
inside sales, field sales, or business development Proven track record of
high outbound activity and meeting generation Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers Exposure to IT services, staffing, consulting, or technology sales is a plus Familiarity with AI tools such as
Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar Strong organizational and follow-up skills What We Offer
