Coordinate soft and firm quote processes, including collecting, analyzing, and comparing Capital Partner feedback.
Update and maintain the underwriting model throughout the deal process, incorporating current property‑level data and evolving deal terms.
Provide closing coordination, including collecting and reviewing due diligence, ordering and reviewing third‑party reports, and reviewing lender documentation (term sheet, commitment, loan docs, etc.).
Maintain open communication with borrowers, lenders, legal counsels, third‑party vendors, and internal servicing and insurance departments on an as‑needed basis.
Serve as a primary point of communication with Capital Partners, including presenting deals, managing pipeline updates, navigating feedback, and coordinating approvals.
Serve as a primary point of communication with Northmarq Producers to clearly and consistently communicate program guidance, pricing, structure, and deal terms.
Own active Capital Markets pipeline management, including tracking deal status, partner feedback, key milestones, and execution readiness across all opportunities.
