TikTok Shop – Brand Campaign Manager

Responsibilities

Plan and execute high‑impact brand campaigns for top e‑commerce brands, including building‑block planning, livestream initiatives, marketing ideas, etc.

Develop and implement integrated brand campaigns (e.g., TikTok Shop Super Brand Day, New Arrivals) from strategy through launch.

Craft campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, and seller positioning to maximize impact.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, agencies, and external sellers to ensure consistent brand messaging, execution excellence, and high seller satisfaction.

Track key performance metrics, analyze effectiveness, refine strategies based on insights, and develop methodology with impact.

Stay updated on market trends, landscape, and consumer behavior to enhance campaign strategies.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in brand marketing, e‑commerce campaign management, or a related field.

Proven ability to manage large‑scale brand activations or campaigns with measurable success.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent collaboration and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced degree.

Curious, self‑motivated, and driven to explore new ideas.

Experience in a 4A creative agency, digital marketing, social media, or cross‑channel campaign execution.

Job Information Compensation (Annually): $115,520 - $209,380. Base pay is one part of the total package and may include additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, or restricted stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year, and 17 days of paid personal time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
