Territory Portfolio Manager Responsibilities
Drive portfolio growth (Conversions, Protection, Recoveries, Price Adjustments, Schindler Ahead) while ensuring compliance with sales management policies
Support and administer sales priorities, processes, and product/service promotion to maximize territory performance
Ensure branch and service sales teams hold consistent, effective meetings focused on KPIs, accountability, and customer experience
Partner with internal departments to implement key initiatives, facilitate processes, and support decision-making and reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to position Schindler as a preferred service provider
Serve as subject matter expert on sales systems, processes, and reports, providing insights and resources to drive opportunities and results
Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management to strengthen sales team development and execution
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of sales experience required
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Self‑motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
Prior people leadership experience preferred
Elevator industry experience preferred
