Transdev in Oakland, California is hiring a Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service‑oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

Compensation Graded, minimum $21.50/hour – maximum $30.09/hour

Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirect to a supervisor. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures. Meet or exceed established performance requirements. Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications High school diploma, GED or equivalent. Computer literate. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to operate a standard telephone system. Subject to DOT drug testing and physical, if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions. 100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations. Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances on sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces. Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to reach files or equipment stored at ground level. Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
