Role Overview Client is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth in our AI services portfolio, including cutting‑edge solutions such as Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling technology services, particularly within the AI/automation domain, and a strong ability to engage enterprise clients in consultative discussions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities in AI‑driven services.

Develop and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, positioning IOPEX as a trusted partner in AI transformation.

Collaborate with sales and solution teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations.

Stay updated on AI trends (Agentic AI, automation, machine learning) to effectively communicate value propositions.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic outreach and pipeline management.

Required Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in business development or sales for IT/AI services.

Demonstrated success in selling AI‑related solutions (Agentic AI, automation platforms, or similar).

Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to US‑based enterprise clients.

Familiarity with AI ecosystems, cloud platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
