Role Description The Strategic Alliances Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and brand recognition for HC3. This role focuses on building strong relationships with technology vendors, consultants, industry associations, and financial institutions to enhance HC3’s market position and deliver value to clients.
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, strategic thinker, and skilled communicator who can identify new collaboration opportunities, participate in negotiating agreements, and coordinate cross‑functional execution.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development : Bring new partnership opportunities aligned with HC3’s strategic goals. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners, including technology providers, consultants, associations, and resellers.
Relationship Management : As the primary point of contact for all partner relationships, facilitate regular check‑ins, quarterly business reviews, and performance tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to co‑create partner solutions and execute joint initiatives. Collaborate with Sales to enable partner-generated opportunities and ensure smooth handoff processes.
Performance & Reporting : Track and report on KPIs and performance metrics for each partnership and provide regular reports to leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
3–5 years of experience in B2B partnership management, business development, account management, or strategic alliances
Demonstrated ability to create and manage complex external relationships
Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without direct authorityExcellent communication and client‑facing skills
Effective individual contributor with the ability to also focus on team efforts
High level of integrity and work ethic
Able to articulate HC3 products and services
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
