Minimum Qualifications

Ability to develop and implement programs and activities.

Ability to assign and review the work activities of part time workers.

Ability to develop and maintain event schedules.

Ability to collect revenue and keep accurate records for the summer program.

Ability to conduct interviews with applicants for the summer program.

Additional Requirements

Must be a college graduate.

Must be at least 21 years old.

Must have a valid Arkansas Driver's License.

Must have at least four (4) years of paid experience (full-time or part-time) working with children.

Must have at least four (4) years of supervisory or leadership experience.
