Responsibilities
Follow and build according to the Gantt chart schedule.
Provide accurate information for schedule updates.
Complete daily jobsite reports.
Schedule subcontractors and materials, ensuring sufficient lead time for site arrival.
Follow specifications and manage trades to produce high‑quality work and client satisfaction with minimal punch list.
Maintain a clean jobsite, uphold OSHA, state, county, and community regulations, and ensure good housekeeping.
Review shop drawings for accuracy.
Proactively problem‑solve.

Requirements
Five years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient computer skills and Procore certification/experience.
Ability to read and understand plans ranging from civil drawings to interior design drawings.
Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact with high‑end clients, project managers, field operations, architects, engineers, and interior designers.
Ability to prioritize tasks for optimal productivity and meet deadlines and goals.
Candidate must complete a background check, have a clean driving record, and participate in our Drug‑Free Workplace Program.
Passion for custom home building.
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 per year.
