Landscape Architect/Planner/Site Designer

Job Summary Responsibilities include all aspects of design, production of construction documents, and project management from concept through construction. The role also involves:
Managing project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely, on‑scope, within‑budget completion.
Coordinating effectively with cross‑functional teams and external consultants to maintain design specifications and quality standards.
Independently managing multiple project deliverables with strong prioritization and time management skills.
Driving continuous improvement and problem‑solving initiatives.
Qualifications
Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
Be registered as a PLA, desired.
Have at least 8 years of experience with landscape and site design projects.
Be an innovative thinker and thought leader.
Be a project manager who can work with the client and lead the A/E design team from the onset of a project through construction.
Be a project manager who can lead stakeholders through the design process.
Have the experience to maintain design integrity as a project moves from concept design through construction documentation.
Produce and guide the creative thought process for master planning, park design, site design and planting plan solutions.
Be able to communicate design intent by hand sketching early in the process and quickly converting sketches into a digital format (e.g. Photoshop/AutoCAD).
Have experience with AutoCAD, Revit and the Adobe Creative Suite, desired.
Be proficient at producing construction documents for planting plans, courtyards, building entry plazas, and drainage features.

A positive, can‑do attitude and the desire to be part of a team.
A client‑focused ability to communicate effectively, provide a high level of attention to detail, and handle simultaneous deadlines.
Guide and teach the next generation of landscape architects.
Strong communication skills; combined hand drawing, written and verbal.
The ability to maintain flexibility within a large scope of responsibilities.
The ability to take direction and work independently while staying highly organized.
