Job Description The MIT training program, a six‑month full‑time and fully compensated position, prepares future leaders to become effective Property Managers. You will work primarily at one of our best‑in‑class properties and be mentored by the current Property Manager. The program combines hands‑on training with classroom sessions. Upon completion, you will graduate and take on your first promotion as a Property Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Ability to relocate is required.
Demonstrated excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Strong multitasking and time‑management abilities.
Good supervisory and problem‑solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner.
Excellent understanding of accounting practices and procedures.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
