What You Will Do Within Global Commercial Operations, you will drive integrated, actionable insights that shape strategy and key decisions for the Biosimilars Business Unit (BBU). This role generates and synthesizes insights from diverse data sources to provide clear, strategic guidance that informs brand strategy, portfolio decisions, and commercial execution.
As a highly collaborative business partner, you influence commercial strategy and decision‑making across the organization. You combine strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking, translating complex data into meaningful narratives that drive action. The position requires hands‑on analytical execution and the ability to integrate inputs across teams to deliver holistic insights.
Reporting to the Director, Marketing – Commercial Strategy & Capabilities, you partner closely with Global Marketing, Value & Access, the Biosimilars Candidate Assessment Team, Forecasting, Competitive Intelligence, and Global Insights.
Core Responsibilities
Generate and synthesize insights across multiple sources (secondary data, competitive intelligence, internal analytics, and selected primary research) to inform commercial strategy
Conduct hands‑on secondary analytics to address key business questions, identify opportunities and risks, and support decision‑making
Translate complex datasets and analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for brand strategy, portfolio prioritization, and governance discussions
Leverage and customize existing enterprise dashboards and analytics tools to meet BBU commercial needs, enabling teams to access and apply insights effectively
Communicate insights and recommendations effectively across a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership
What We Expect From You The dynamic professional we seek is a strong collaborator with the following qualifications.
Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 2 years of analytics, consulting or finance experience
Master’s degree and 4 years of analytics, consulting or finance experience
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of analytics, consulting or finance experience
Associate’s degree and 10 years of analytics, consulting or finance experience
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of analytics, consulting or finance experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in biopharmaceutical commercial insights, analytics, or related functions
Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and drug commercialization
Experience working with biopharma datasets (claims, EMR, competitive intelligence sources)
Familiarity with market research methodologies and ability to integrate research results with secondary data
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
