
Marketing Production Lead

Summary
The Marketing Production Lead oversees the day‑to‑day marketing operations and creative output of the organization. Reporting to the Communications Director, this position manages and assists in the creation of campaigns across digital and print platforms, oversees marketing initiatives, and ensures consistent branding and messaging across all Association communications.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manages marketing campaigns across email, social media, print, and digital platforms to promote the Association’s programs, events, and member services.
Oversees and contributes to the production of marketing materials, including email campaigns, flyers, graphics, and newsletters, maintaining brand standards across all marketing and communication channels.
Responsible for scheduling and coordinating the digital content on the display boards throughout MetroTex offices.
Oversees content planning, scheduling, and distribution to promote member engagement and participation.
Takes a lead role in managing website updates and content edits, working collaboratively with the Visual Content Specialist and internal or external UI resources to ensure accuracy, usability and alignment with brand standards.
Coordinates with the Digital Content Creator and Visual Content Specialist on graphic, photo, and video design needs.
Coordinates marketing efforts with internal departments to promote key initiatives, education programs, advocacy efforts, and organizational priorities.
Monitors analytics and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, and recommends improvements to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
Supports the Director of Communications in ensuring consistency across all public‑facing communications.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Communications Director.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
3+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
Must be able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.

Work Schedule Monday through Friday – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Compensation Details Annual Salary: $50,000 – $63,000.
