design-driven Interior Designer

to help shape some of the most exciting projects in our pipeline.

This isn’t just picking finishes — this is

owning the look, feel, and experience

across multifamily, hospitality, BTR, and commercial developments.

Backed by a

$3B+ platform , you’ll be designing within a fully integrated developer with real projects, real pipeline, and real impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead interior design from

concept → completion

Build out

finish palettes, materials, and FF&E selections

Present design visions to leadership + key stakeholders

Partner closely with

development + construction teams

Ensure designs align with

budget, schedule, and execution

design or architecture firm

Experience leading projects from

concept through construction

Strong with

AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, etc.

Someone who can balance

great design with real-world buildability
