As an Associate Interior Designer, you’ll contribute to every stage of the design process—from conceptual design through construction and FF&E installation. Members of our team have the opportunity to work not only on Commercial projects, but also Mixed-Use, Multifamily, Senior Housing, Hospitality, Workplace, and Adaptive Reuse Developments. Some of your responsibilities will include: Preparation of design concepts and presentations Meeting with clients, vendors, consultants and contractors to facilitate design goals as well as determine methods of achieving successful implementation of plans. Working with project team to produce design and construction drawings Creating specifications and working with furniture dealer(s) to ensure bids meet the client’s budget and timeline. Conducting site visits to review existing conditions, coordinate with contractors and assess design quality is achieved. What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates with the following qualifications: Previous experience of at least 5 years working in the field Must have minimum 1 year working experience in Revit and thorough working knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up and Photoshop, InDesign also required Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Interior Design program NCIDQ certification is encouraged, but not required Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment, take initiative and be proactive Willingness to be flexible and manage multiple responsibilities Light travel and off-hour attendance of industry events Compensation
Salary range: $62,000 - $82,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and certifications. Additionally, we offer a complete benefits package including medical/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, 401(k) savings plan, plus a generous holiday and paid time off schedule Ready to Join Us?
