Roles and Responsibilities

Sales and Growth: Respond to all membership, meeting, and event inquiries quickly and professionally Schedule and lead tours of the space Consistently follow up with prospective members and clients Close memberships and bookings Maintain and update CRM (we will train you—consistency matters most) Community and Member Experience Be the welcoming, professional face of ModernWell Build relationships with members and create a strong sense of community Ensure the space is always clean, organized, and running smoothly Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively Operations and Daily Management Oversee daily operations of the Minneapolis location Coordinate front desk coverage and basic scheduling Ensure systems and processes are being followed Communicate regularly with leadership on performance and needs Events and Meetings Support coordination of events and meeting room bookings Help ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for clients Be present for key events as needed Qualifications: Friendly, polished, and highly professional Naturally organized and proactive Comfortable with sales and follow-up (this is essential) Strong communicator—both in person and via email Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping details Takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do Have experience in hospitality, sales, coworking, or events Enjoy building relationships and closing deals Like being busy and wearing multiple hats Want to be part of a growing business where your work truly matters Compensation and benefits Salary starting at $55,000 PTO Retirement savings plan with employer match (SIMPLE IRA) Performance-based bonus tied to memberships and event bookings Full-time, primarily on-site in Minneapolis Occasional support at our Wayzata location To Apply If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership, build relationships, and make a real impact, we’d love to meet you.
