Omaha, NE (On-site Mon–Thurs | WFH Fridays)
$100K–$120K base + strong bonus potential + 100% paid healthcare

What You’ll Own
Own and manage highly complex, constantly shifting executive calendars —prioritizing effectively, anticipating conflicts, and ensuring seamless execution
Coordinate multi-city travel and logistics with precision and foresight
Act as a gatekeeper and trusted partner to leadership
Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
Create structure, flow, and consistency in a fast-moving environment
